This is a list of the responsibilities that are presented to leaders before they agree to lead.

Facilitation Leaders are expected to do the following:

Prepare and Lead the Meeting - along with listening to the message(s) on Sundays and completing the weekly Personal Growth Work, leaders also need to subscribe to the Pulse Monthly Newsletter to learn new tips and get inside information on upcoming series.

Attend All Training Meetings (see FRUITS™ Training Schedule)

Track the Needs of Group Members - you are the first line of spiritual defense in the lives of your group members. it is your responsibility (along with your host) to keep in touch with the SPIRITUAL PULSE of the people in your group.

Communicate Special Needs Up-Line to Your 4G Coach and/or Pastors - When you encounter issues and problems that go beyond your experience, expertise, or comfort zone, please communicate your concerns up-line to either your 4G Coach or one of the Zion City pastors on staff for guidance or additional help.

Complete Weekly Attendance Sheets - FL's need to turn in a weekly attendance sheet. This can be done online or by download the designated app. These attendance sheets are very important. They help us track members in the group and help the pastoral staff keep an overall pulse on the groups as a whole.

Visit Members in the Hospital - when a crisis or major illness hits, your group needs to spring into action. While your host will take the lead in providing and/or facilitating any needed meals or practical help, you as a small group leader need to be sure that you and others from the group are available for prayer and support.
